Who we are
This website is run by Barry Bainz LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company with its address at 1750 N Bayshore Dr Unit 3001, Miami, FL 33132. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at barry@themiddlemanmafia.com.
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site, register for our free masterclass or use our free tools, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you register for the masterclass, we collect your first name, email address and phone number. When you join our WhatsApp group, apply to work with us or book a call, we also collect what you enter there, such as your city or state, your answers to any application questions, and payment details if you buy a VIP Ticket or one of our programs.
Information from the masterclass and our tools. We may receive information about whether you attended the masterclass and for how long, the call times you book, and the city or state you enter into The Selection Scanner.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and the services we use may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the link or ad that brought you here, and similar usage data. Some of this is collected through cookies and tracking pixels, explained below.
How we use it
- To register you for the masterclass and send you the joining details and reminders
- To give you access to The Selection Scanner and any other free resources we promise
- To follow up after the masterclass, including about our paid coaching programs
- To schedule and hold calls you book with us
- To measure and improve our advertising, website and content
- To keep the site secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations
Emails, texts and WhatsApp
By registering for the masterclass, you agree that we may contact you by email, text message and phone call about it and related offers, including by automated means. Agreeing isn't a condition of buying anything from us. We'll also invite you to join our WhatsApp group, where we share updates and free resources such as The Selection Scanner; joining is up to you.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can stop text messages by replying STOP, and leave any WhatsApp group whenever you like. Message and data rates may apply. How often we message you varies: typically around ten messages before the masterclass and five after, plus a few more if you book a call with us.
We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us, under contract and only for that purpose. These include HighLevel (contacts, email and text messages), WebinarJam (the masterclass), Calendly (call booking), Typeform (applications), WhatsApp (our group chat), Discord (our community), Zapier (connecting these tools), payment processors (purchases), YouTube (video), Google Analytics (site analytics), Vercel (website hosting) and Google Fonts (website fonts). We may add or change providers as our business grows; any we use are bound by the same limits.
- Advertising platforms, currently Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the pixel described below, so we can measure and improve our ads.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it's used and measure our advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Visitors from the UK and European Economic Area are asked for consent before any of these are set, and can change their choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list or a client of ours. If you unsubscribe or stop engaging with us, we delete it after two years, unless we need to keep some of it longer to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing barry@themiddlemanmafia.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires and won't treat you differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights. Residents of some US states, including California, can ask to know, correct or delete their personal information and to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising. If you're in the UK or European Economic Area, you can also object to or restrict how we use your information, ask for a copy in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site and our programs are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on established service providers to store it. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee that information sent over the internet will never be accessed without permission.
International visitors
We're based in the United States, and the services we use may store information in the United States or other countries. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed outside the country you live in, with the protections described in this policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the site.
